Vendors complete an online selection form to select their preferred reusable items (e.g. plate, bowl sizes). We coordinate all supply directly with vendors and handle any queries, reducing workload for the event organiser.Marketing & Education Support
We provide branded assets and messaging for pre-event, on-site and post-event use, including design files, social content and key information.
Event Operations
We manage all on-the-ground operations so vendors and patrons can use the system seamlessly.
Supply of Reusables

Cleaning Supplies
All required cleaning materials are provided, including scrubbing brushes, gloves, buckets and tea towels, supporting smooth back-of-house operations.On-site & Off-site Dishwashing
We tailor washing solutions based on event infrastructure and requirements. Where suitable facilities exist, we integrate on-site washing. We can also design and install temporary wash infrastructure, including plumbed dishwasher systems, or provide off-site washing where required.Post-Event Reporting
A summary report detailing items washed and estimated waste diversion, helping measure environmental impact and performance.

For smaller events, we offer a dry hire option for plates, bowls, cups and mugs.
