Equipped with reusable plates, bowls, cups, and mugs, we provide a sustainable service focused on eliminating single-use food packaging at events.

We provide reusable plates, bowls, cups, and mugs to food and beverage vendors, then wash and recirculate them for continued use. This process benefits events, stadiums, conferences, schools, food courts, and more by eliminating single-use food packaging, reducing waste, and leaving a cleaner footprint while removing waste from landfill.

Our service includes:

  • Supply of Reusables
    We ensure all food vendors are fully stocked with reusable plates and bowls for the entire duration of the event.

  • Pink Bin Skins
    Branded bin skins to cover 240L wheelie bins (bins not included), helping patrons easily identify the reuse collection points.

  • Event Signage
    A-frame signs provided to clearly communicate how the reusable system works, encouraging correct use and boosting return rates.

  • Pre-Event Project Management
    We work closely with the Event Management team to embed the Green My Plate closed-loop system into the overall waste strategy, ensuring a smooth and effective rollout.

  • Vendor Product Coordination
    Vendors receive an online form with detailed product information (sizes, capacities, etc.) to select their preferred reusable items. We then coordinate supply accordingly.

  • Marketing & Education Support
    We support your event communications with branded visuals and messaging for pre, during, and post-event use - including design files, social media imagery, and key messaging.

  • Cleaning Supplies
    All essential cleaning materials are provided, including scrubbing brushes, gloves, buckets and tea towels, ensuring smooth back-of-house operations.

  • Laundry Services for Tea Towels
    We include laundry services for all tea towels used during the event, ensuring hygienic, high-quality cleaning and timely turnaround.

  • Post-Event Reporting
    After the event, we deliver a summary report with key data - including number of items washed and estimated waste diversion - to help measure environmental impact.

** Cups and mugs are provided separately from the above service and are quoted as a distinct line item.

For smaller events, we also offer a dry hire option for our plates, bowls, cups, and mugs.
