Jess Fleet ~ Co-founder & Managing Director

Environmentalist who started her event days within the hotel industry and then moved into the music world as the Customer Experience Manager at Rhythm & Vines Festival in New Zealand. Jess has since made the move to Australia to find herself working a mixture of hotel and event jobs in Melbourne and Queensland. Throughout her career within events and venues, Jess has brought her knowledge and passion of sustainability to each project she has been involved with, leaving a long-lasting impact within these organisations. Fun fact, Jess is also an ex-rugby player turned yogee.

Will Overman ~ Co-founder & Operations Manager

Guru of all thing’s operations. Will has worked on many events, including Waste Manager at Glastonbury Festival, Cleaning Operations Manager at the London Olympics, Backstage Coordinator at Falls Festival, and Event Delivery Manager at Spark Event Group (just to name a few). Will is also a keen Mexican food enthusiast and is known to cook up quite the fiesta.
