Staff & Dishwashing Equipment

We provide staff to manage the entire operation - from bump-in and putting bins out, to servicing food vendors, collecting dirty plates, educating patrons, and handling all dishwashing - so it’s one less thing on your plate come event day.

Some events have access to an onsite kitchen, while others do not. We offer flexible solutions to suit either setup. For larger events, we can provide access to Crawford Kitchen’s 20ft shipping container dishwashing unit (pictured above), which functions as a fully equipped mobile kitchen. Alternatively, we also offer an off-site dishwashing service, where all dishes are collected and washed externally.
